Refactor DBSyncConfigBuilder methods to use `tp.Self` for return type annotations, improving type hinting and chaining. Update the DBSyncManager to remove pytest dependency and simplify initialization. Revise test_dbsync_config.py to use subtests for config scenarios instead of parametrized tests, and ensure db-sync config is restored after testing is finished.
